GT ON TIME RIDE Standard Rental Agreement


COMPLIANCE

GT ON TIME RIDE will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that: If the Chauffeur finds any illegal substance, we reserve the right to terminate the contract at that moment, and it will be the client's responsibility to make his/her transportation arrangements at that point. The total amount of the reservation will be billed, plus any additional applicable wait time charges; no refunds will be issued. Prohibits possessing illegal weapons, drugs, or other illegal substances.

LIABILITY

GT ON TIME RIDE will not be responsible for any belongings left while the client is in or out of the vehicle. The company will not be liable for any items left in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle before dismissal. The purchaser of the contract is responsible for his or her guests.

GUARANTEE

GT ON TIME RIDE cannot guarantee the availability of overtime on hourly rentals. It is essential that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed schedule. If the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so only if DMV Sedan Service can accommodate other clients that booked with GT ON TIME RIDE before or after the said time. If applicable, the purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges, such as overtime, tolls, parking, etc. The purchaser authorizes GT ON TIME RIDE to charge any additional charges or fees on the purchaser’s credit card on file or direct bill account. GT ON TIME RIDE guarantees that all our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards. GT ON TIME RIDE agrees to send the requested vehicle as offered in the contract. We have the right to upgrade the vehicles or switch them in case of emergency, breakdown, or if vehicles are in accidents. No additional charges will occur on the customer side if the upgrade is made without the customer's request. The customer, therefore, accepts that the replacement vehicle may be substituted if the contracted vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason. If any of our above guarantees or contractual terms cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control, including weather, accidents, storms, and any other circumstance, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, etc., we will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes.

COMPLIMENTARY WAIT POLICY

For residential and office pickups, there is a grace period of 15 minutes, and for airport pickups, there is a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic and 45 minutes for international flights from the time the flight lands. Any time required past the required reservation period will be charged for 15 minutes increments at the standard hourly rate for residential and office pickups and 30 minutes increments at the standard hourly rate for airport pickups.

TERMINATIONS

GT ON TIME RIDE reserves the right to terminate immediately any booking for all parties if it is discovered, observed, or suspected that any of the passengers aboard have any illegal substance or perform any illicit activity. There will be no refund or compensation for cancelled bookings because of illicit activities or negligence by the customer or his/her guests.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking. This payment must be made to the company-provided bank account or any official payment method authorized by the company. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of service, prior to the vehicle’s departure. No service will be dispatched without full payment as outlined above.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES

All Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. Sedan and SUV reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. For Vans, Minibuses, Motor Coaches, and stretch limos, reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance. Failure to notify in writing outside these times will result in a full charge plus 20%.

NO SHOWS & CHAUFFEUR ONSITE CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Subject to the full-service fee plus any applicable wait time charges. All deposits are applied toward the total balance due. Please call us @1 3016744904 if you don’t see your chauffeur at your locations.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Fine of $1000 will be applicable if : i. Consumption of alcoholic beverages (from minors). ii. Consumption of illicit drugs. iii. Smoking. iv. Violent or unruly behaviour. v. Behaviour that causes, or in the driver's opinion, is likely to cause damage to the vehicle. vi. Conduct interfering with or in the opinion of the driver, which may interfere with the safe operation of the limo. vii. Possession of any kind of illegal substance and weapons.

PROM / QUINCEANERA / MINOR POLICY

Dear parent or guardian, the below policies are specifically designed to help ensure your Teenagers’ ride is safe and enjoyable. All pickup and drop-off locations must be predetermined and/or approved by the parent or guardian executing this agreement. Your chauffeur will be instructed to obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian if any changes to the itinerary occur. A contact phone number must be provided to your chauffeur on or before the date of service in the event of any questions. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is unlawful when consumed by a minor. There will be no alcoholic beverages transported in the vehicle. This rule shall apply to all other Illegal substances. If any passengers are found to have in their possession or have been consuming alcohol or other illegal substance during service, the service shall be terminated. All money shall be forfeited, and a parent shall be notified. The chauffeur has the right to end the service at the infraction point. Hanging any portion of the body out the windows is prohibited; vandalizing, damaging, staining, or breaking any part of the vehicle, including the interior, exterior as well as glasses and other items in or on the vehicle, are prohibited and subject to additional charges for repair/replacement of damages.

CLEANING AND DAMAGES

The company is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the vehicles and ensuring no damage is done to the vehicle before engagement. The customer will bear full responsibility for any cleaning or repair required because of negligence or disregard by the customer or the customer's guests. All the passengers in the vehicles are the full responsibility of the customer. If the company must engage in excessive cleaning, the customer will incur a minimum charge of $500.00. It may result in immediate reservation cessation at the GT ON TIME RID’S discretion.
